Yohei Ishii

Yohei Ishii is a Senior Manager of Process Engineering at Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc., where responsibilities include managing process development groups for US-based businesses, overseeing technology development for future generation devices, and leading global collaboration projects since April 2013. Previously, Yohei held roles as Manager and Supervisor in Process Engineering, focusing on new technology developments and R&D projects. Yohei earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Brown University, where research centered on nano-scale ripple formation during ion beam etching and the development of in-situ stress measurement systems. An undergraduate degree in Physics was obtained from Sophia University, highlighting early investigations into negative ion formation.
