April Turner has over 19 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, currently serving as a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing CRM processes, sales projects, and performance reporting. Prior to Hitachi, April worked at Sage Software from February 2004 to March 2017, focusing on CRM maintenance and analytics for sales and marketing operations. Earlier in the career, April was a Senior Consultant at HealthCare Partners, overseeing a claims audit project that developed a reporting system to track funding discrepancies. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
