Kimberly Brennan, MS, CCXP, is an experienced Advisory Client Partner at Hitachi Solutions America, focusing on solving complex business challenges in healthcare, insurance, pharma, and technology consulting since September 2022. Previously, Kimberly served as Senior Director of Operations at Navitus Health Solutions, where responsibilities included customer experience, user experience, and digital strategy from January 2019 to August 2022. Earlier roles included Director of Service Delivery at Ascension, where emphasis was on patient experience and operational improvements, along with project management positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kimberly holds an MBA/MS in Urban Planning/Public Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BS in Applied Design/Visual Communication & Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
