Prasanthi Sathyaprakash

Prasanthi Sathyaprakash currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Procurement at Hitachi Vantara since May 2022. Prior roles include positions in Global Operations at Syntiant Corp, Director of Global Supply Management at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and Senior Manager of Procurement for Systems Operations at Broadcom Inc. Prasanthi has significant experience in commodity and program management, having developed innovative negotiation tools and supply chain strategies while managing a global supply base. Prior roles also included sourcing and contract negotiation expertise at AMD, along with earlier experience in production and test capacity planning. Prasanthi holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry University.
