Catherine Holmes FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in HR operations, transformation, and consultancy. Currently serving as Head of HR GBS Deployment and Transition at Hitachi since March 2014, Catherine leads initiatives aimed at delivering HR transformation. Previous roles at Hitachi include Head of HR Operations and HR Process Improvement Manager, focusing on developing efficient HR services across Europe. Prior to Hitachi, Catherine worked as an HR Consultant at cHR and Avanti HR Consulting, specializing in employee relations and organizational change. Experience also includes serving as an Outplacement Consultant at Nokia and Head of Organisational Development at SEEDA, where Catherine led strategic training initiatives. Catherine's career began at BT, where several major transformation programs were led.
