Edd Anderson

Edd Anderson is a Cyber Security Engineer at Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc. since August 2022, with prior experience as an IT Tech Support. At SYNCREON from August 2020 to August 2022, Edd served as a Technical Support Specialist, providing level 2 and 3 support and working as a Subject Matter Expert on Nasuni cloud storage configurations. Edd's experience includes IT Support at Printed Specialties Inc., where custom software was developed in Visual Basic, and an Ubuntu server was deployed for customer uploads. Additionally, Edd worked as a Repair Technician I at NCR, focusing on the testing and repair of POS systems and Apple devices. Edd holds a Diploma in Computer Science - Networking from West Georgia Technical College and a Diploma in CAD, Graphic Arts from Newnan High School, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
