Wayne Powell

Wayne Powell has an extensive career in the field of product support and management, with over 37 years at Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America Inc. where roles include Assistant to the Vice President and Senior Manager of Product Support. Responsibilities encompassed overseeing field support, technical information, warranty, technical training, the rebuild department, and technical publications, as well as managing teams to fulfill product support requirements for dealers and customers. Previously, Wayne served as Area Manager Product Support at Deere & Co, focusing on technical assistance and dealer development. Educationally, Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Mechanization from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1970 and 1974. Currently, Wayne is semi-retired but continues to engage in special projects related to technical training.
