Paul Pryke

Paul Pryke is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in the rail industry. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Hitachi Rail since December 2015, Paul has previously held roles including Deputy Head of Engineering and Head of System Engineering at Hitachi, and Senior System Integration Engineer, leading a team of engineers on significant rolling stock projects. Prior roles include Engineering Manager for Bombardier Transportation, where Paul directed teams to optimize maintenance regimes and manage performance on new fleets. With a career that began in 2003 as a Service Engineer at Bombardier, Paul has developed expertise in system integration, performance management, and technical documentation across multiple engineering leadership roles.
