Marlina Rhodes

Marlina Rhodes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and finance. Currently serving as a fellow in the HITEC Emerging Executive 2023 Program, Marlina was selected as one of three nominees across all technology employees for this prestigious fellowship aimed at developing Hispanic leadership in corporate environments. As Executive Director and Head of Digital Program Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Marlina has successfully driven the execution of strategic initiatives and improved processes while focusing on talent development. Previous roles at JPMorgan include Vice President of Digital Project Execution and AVP in various areas, where Marlina managed complex projects and led large global teams. Earlier experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, where Marlina excelled as a Personal Banker and Senior Credit Manager. Marlina holds a degree in Finance from Southern University and A&M College.
