Ted M. Monte

Ted M. Monte is a seasoned professional currently serving as a HITEC Emerging Executive Fellow since March 2023, focusing on the development of emerging Hispanic technology leaders. With extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente since July 2013 as a Sr. Program Manager and QA Manager, Ted M. Monte has led quality assurance initiatives for award-winning healthcare applications. Previous roles include Head of PMO at Mantara, Director of Quality Assurance & Service at UNX, and Senior Program Manager/Portfolio Manager at VeriTest. Early career experience includes a role as Configuration Specialist at Lockheed Martin, where database systems were developed for the Navy. Ted M. Monte holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Scientific Computing from Colorado State University.
