Igor S.

Igor S. has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Igor started their career as a Software Engineer at the SE Information resource centre of State Committee of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of Ukraine, where they were involved in negotiations with foreign partners and worked on the European business register.

Later, Igor joined "Am-soft" Ukraine as the Head of Quality Assurance department. In this role, they conducted audits on various projects and departments, preparing them for certification and ensuring compliance with CMMI Dev lvl 3 and CMMI Svc lvl 3 standards.

Igor then moved on to Sigma Software Group as a Quality Manager, where they developed and implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001:2013. Igor also conducted process audits based on ISO 9001, CMMI Dev lvl 3, and CMMI Svc lvl 3 standards for different departments and Scrum projects.

At GlobalLogic, Igor worked as a QA Analyst, focusing on medical projects and following ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards. Igor was responsible for project planning, risk analysis, software development tools validation, requirements processing, and metrics processing.

Currently, Igor is serving as the Head of Compliance at HiTech Service LLC. Their responsibilities include the development and control of software development and support processes, preparation of process documentation and records, leading healthcare startups, software development tools validation, risk analysis, internal and external audits, project and process metrics processing, leading external certification, and the development and implementation of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Information Security Management System (ISO 27001).

Igor S. began their education at the Kyiv international university from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in enterpreter English-Arabic. Following this, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their specialist degree in computer systems and networks.
