Oranit Margalit - Trivaks

Oranit Margalit - Trivaks is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and employee management. Currently serving as the VP of HR at Hitechzone since May 2017, Oranit has established the HR Department and provides strategic advice to senior management on various HR issues. Previously, Oranit held roles such as HR & Recruiting Manager at Harel Information Technologies and HR Business Partner at Flying Cargo, overseeing recruitment processes and employee welfare. Early career experiences include HR coordination at IAI and recruiting coordination at various companies. Oranit holds a Personal Coaching degree from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Consulting from Ono Academic College, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Bar-Ilan University.
