Sunil Raj has extensive experience in technical support and configuration management. Currently serving as Configuration Management Lead at FIS since August 2014, Sunil Raj is responsible for overseeing and implementing configuration management processes. Prior to this role, Sunil Raj worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Info Services, where valuable skills in technical troubleshooting and customer service were developed.
