Jay Zafar

Jay Zafar has held a number of positions in the technology industry since 1997. Jay began their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where they managed and modified a SQR based PeopleSoft HR Payroll Interface process for the US Government. In 1999, they moved to eQuarius as a Project Manager, managing 6 full life cycle CRM implementations for clients in healthcare and technology sectors. Jay then went on to become a Product Manager at Caspian Consulting/Deltanet, where they managed up to 5 projects simultaneously, mentored 4 project managers and 9 developers, and provided leadership in all aspects of project management. In 2003, they were appointed President of Global Health Outcomes, Inc., devising and executing tactical/strategic objectives for the company. In 2014, they became President & Chief Executive Officer of Eventstars Worldwide, leading the event management company in the creation and development of small and/or large-scale events. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Hiteks Solutions Inc. as Vice President of Marketing, managing and directing all aspects of successful sales campaigns and developing and directing all sales strategy and activity for the company's core CDI product.

Jay Zafar obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cornell University between 1995 and 1997. In 2006, they obtained a Realtor certification from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.
