Laureen Segall

Laureen Segall began their career in 1984 as Manager, System Implementation and Member of Technical Staff at Information Data Management. Laureen then took on the role of Manager, Software Engineering in 1989, where they led the development of software products and consulting contracts. In 2005, they transitioned to Executive Project Manager at Information Data Management. In 2007, they moved to Haemonetics as Director, Product Development & Product Management, where they directed development and product management for three key blood management software products. In 2015, they returned to Hiteks Solutions Inc. as a Software Product & Project Management Consultant. In 2016, they moved to ZirMed as Director of Product Development, HRCM, where they directed three high performing software development teams. Finally, in 2017, they returned to Hiteks Solutions Inc. as Director, Product and Compliance, where they focused on accelerating product development and implementations of Hiteks' next-generation A.I. and Natural Language Processing (NLP) products.

Laureen Segall earned their BS in Math and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In May 2016, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Laureen is also Pragmatic Marketing Framework Certified.
