Sofia Reed

Sofia Reed has been working at Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since 2020. Sofia started as a Business Development Specialist from March 2020 to August 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Customer Success, leading various roles such as managing operations, transitions, transformations, and implementations. Sofia is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring delivery excellence. Prior to joining Hiteshi Infotech, Sofia worked at Techmark as an Android Developer from March 2017 to October 2019.

Sofia Reed studied at Columbia Convent from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
