Yuko Tsuchida

Yuko Tsuchida, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional and founder of Hito, LLC, since September 2017, specializing in tax credits and incentives with extensive experience in industries such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Education. Prior to establishing Hito, Tsuchida served as Interim CFO at Simpluris Inc. from March 2018 to August 2019, focusing on class action settlement administration. Earlier experience includes founding partner and senior tax manager at Think, LLP from March 2008 to July 2016, where tax incentive identification and documentation were emphasized.
