Matthew Yam

Matthew Yam has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Matthew is currently working as a Next-Generation Consultant at HIVE DIVERSITY since August 2022. In addition, they hold the position of President of Freeman Student Government and Research Assistant at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Matthew previously worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Student Equity Research Analyst at Burkenroad Reports.

Matthew has also gained experience in the field of social innovation, as an External Affairs Intern at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation. Matthew has demonstrated their skills in communications and digital marketing as an intern at The Medici Group, where they worked on developing social media strategies, creating multimedia content, and maintaining the company's digital presence.

Prior to these roles, Matthew served as a Marketing Team Intern at Creative HQ, contributing to the company's digital marketing efforts and coordinating with the marketing team. Matthew also worked as a Resident Journalist at Verto Education, and earlier in their career, they held the position of Sports Editor at HW Chronicle, where they managed and mentored staff and made executive publishing decisions.
