Navendu Bhatt has been in the business industry for 17 years. Navendu began their career in 2004 as a Sr Systems and Applications Analyst at Alcoa. In 2005, they joined IBM as a Sr. Managing Consultant. In 2010, they moved to Accenture as a Senior Manager. In 2012, they joined GE Oil & Gas as an IM LEADER and Capgemini Invent as a Partner - Oil and Gas. In 2018, they became an Elected Board Member, Early Investor, and Chief Growth Officer at HiveGenie. In 2019, they were Vice President (Group Lead) at Publicis Sapient. Currently, they are a Sr Industry Leader - Growth & Strategy at Oracle.

Navendu Bhatt's educational history began in 1987 when they attended C N Vidhyalaya. In 1995, they attended Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they earned an Associate degree in International Management. In 1997, they received an MBA in Strategy and Business from Swinburne University of Technology. From 2006-2007, they attended the Project Management Institute and earned a PMP in Project Management. From 2000-2012, they attended Stevens Institute of Technology and earned a PhD in Engineering Management. Lastly, from 2011-2012, they attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management for Organizational Leadership.
