Giulia Mastrorocco started their work experience as a Sous Chef at La Gourmandina in 2014. Giulia then became a Chef De Partie at Odette's in 2015 and later transitioned to the role of Head Chef at La Gourmandina from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked at REKKI as a Business Development Manager and Training Specialist from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Catering Chef at Bespoke Menu Design for a short period, before becoming an EFL Teacher from May to December. In 2021, they worked as a Baker at AERA Food and Beverages GmbH and is currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Hive.

Giulia Mastrorocco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation from Università per Stranieri di Siena, during the period from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL Org, the market-leading provider of courses in this field, in June 2020.
