María Framiñán Aparicio has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they are currently working as the Head of Packaging at Hive since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Pangaea from June 2021 to March 2022.
From October 2019 to June 2021, María held the position of Head of Global Supply Chain at Monocle. In this role, they played a crucial role in advising on human capital strategy, stock deployment, and operations. María was responsible for ensuring on-brand products align with strategy, retail, and editorial guidelines across multiple seasons and countries. Additionally, María established a lean supply chain, developed a new department, and implemented changes to the warehousing system.
Before their time at Monocle, María served as the Logistics Lead at Alaiko from June 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PackAngels where they held two roles: Executive Vice President from May 2018 to August 2019 and Supply Chain Solution Manager from August 2017 to May 2018. In these positions, they were involved in streamlining processes, managing supplier relationships, and improving customer service.

María Framiñán Aparicio completed their education in a chronological order. From 2009 to 2014, they studied at the Universidad de Salamanca, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Law. Following this, from 2009 to 2015, they attended the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, completing a bachelor's degree in Journalism. Finally, in 2015-2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
