Thibault Ayad has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles.
Starting in January 2013, Thibault worked as an Implementation Manager at American Express until June 2013. This role involved managing the implementation of projects.
In July 2013, Thibault joined Warner Bros. Games as an Assistant Key Account Manager, a position they held until December 2013. Here, they assisted in managing key accounts for the company.
Thibault then moved to Ubisoft in January 2014, starting as a Junior Retail Sales Coordinator in the EMEA region. Thibault held this role until March 2015, where they gained experience in retail sales coordination.
In October 2015, Thibault transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Ubisoft. Thibault fulfilled this role until February 2017, working on projects within the EMEA region.
From February 2017 to February 2019, Thibault worked as an Account Manager in the EMEA region for Ubisoft. In this position, they supervised the distribution of products in French, Spanish, and Italian sales territories. Thibault collaborated closely with subsidiaries, monitored forecasts, and ensured the fulfillment of retail and digital business plans.
In May 2019, Thibault took on the role of Lead Key Account Manager, North America at Meero, an appointment that lasted until October 2019. Thibault then served as the Senior Operations Manager / Customer Success, North America at Meero from October 2019 to February 2021, where they focused on customer success and operations management.
Most recently, Thibault joined Hivebrite in May 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Thibault Ayad obtained a Master's degree in International Business from EBS Paris - European Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
