Adriana Monge

Adriana Monge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project assistance and administrative roles. Currently serving as Asistente de Proyectos at Hivos since April 2016, Adriana also co-founded SP Consultores in October 2013. Previous roles include Asistente de Eventos at INCAE Business School, where responsibilities included coordinating logistics for professional talent fairs, and Asistente Administrativa at Yuxta Energy, managing administrative tasks and supporting financial operations. Adriana's earlier experiences include leadership positions at Universidad para la Paz, supervising general services and infrastructure maintenance, and at Fundación Internacional Consejo de la Tierra, coordinating operational processes. Educational qualifications include a degree in Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and various technical certifications related to project management and general services administration.
