P. Jay Massey has over 25 years of creative team leadership experience, with 15 years specifically managing web & application development and internet marketing strategy. P. Jay is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Hixardt Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Founder/President/CEO Emeritus of Coco Design from 1994 to 2005. During this time, they were also a public speaker to regional government, business, educational and professional organizations on topics such as digital accessibility, social strategies, domestic/international web development and digital marketing. From 2010 to 2020, they were the Web Services Director at the University of West Florida. Before this, they worked as a PC Systems Consultant at Invesco Funds Group from 1992 to 2010, and as President of Sun Bandits, Inc. from 1983 to 1992.

P. Jay Massey attended Tennessee Technological University from 1978 to 1981, studying Science. P. Jay also attended University of West Florida until 1980.
