Emerline Schipper

Emerline Schipper is an experienced operations director with a strong background in change management and implementation of operational systems. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Hizkia Van Kralingen since June 2020, Emerline focuses on HR, R&IE, and budget responsibilities. Previously, Emerline held various managerial roles at AkzoNobel, where key achievements included overseeing the Order to Cash process for SAP implementation in Romania and managing teams that enhanced customer service and logistics operations. Emerline’s career also includes significant contributions to customer service teams at Buma/Stemra and corporate communication roles at Novaxess and the Flower Council of Holland. Emerline holds a Pre Master degree in Change Management & Innovation from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
