Todd Erager is an accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in commercial property management, real estate brokerage, and business development. Currently serving as General Manager at HJ Development and Madison Equities, Inc., Todd leads property management services managing more than 1,800,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. Previous roles include Vice President & General Manager at McGough Facility Management and significant managerial positions at respected companies such as CBRE and United Properties. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from Saint Cloud State University and is affiliated with several professional organizations, including BOMA and IREM.
