Baltazar Michael

Baltazar Michael is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software development and health management information systems. Currently serving as the Health Management Information System Officer at HJF Medical Research International since October 2020, Baltazar designs and implements software solutions to enhance program activities and data management. Previous roles include Regional (M&E) Strategic Information Lead and Data Demand and Information Use Officer, focusing on data visualization, quality assurance in data collection, and development of innovative data collection tools. Prior to HJF, Baltazar worked as a Software Developer at TWIGA INFOSYS and KIRIKUU INNOVATIONS, utilizing programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++ to create scalable applications. Baltazar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Systems from Mzumbe University, completed in 2019.
