Kate Wood

Kate Wood is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Partner at HKA since April 2020, Kate previously held the position of Chief People Officer at the National Citizen Service Trust from September 2016 to September 2019. Prior to that, a career break was taken after working as Global HR Director at PA Consulting from January 2007 to January 2014 and Global HR Director at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) from October 2001 to December 2006. Additionally, Kate spent over 17 years at Marks & Spencer in multiple senior HR roles, culminating as Head of HR for the North of England. Educational background includes attendance at Beverley High School, Newmarket Upper School, and Roedean School.
