Rick Moffat

Rick Moffat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at HKA since January 2020, Rick has a strong background in leading organizations and managing projects effectively. Prior to HKA, Rick was a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC from September 2012 to December 2019, and President and Owner of Moffat Partners from February 2006 to September 2013. Rick's industry experience also includes roles such as Manager of Project Controls at Spectra Energy (2009-2012), Associate Director at Navigant Consulting (2006-2010), and Principal at Pearson Consulting (2000-2006). Earlier career milestones include serving as VP Operations at C&R Masonry (1999-2000) and Project Manager at EllisDon (1989-1999).
