Meagan M. Rafferty

Meagan M. Rafferty is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and a strong background in litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and Attorney at HKM Employment Attorneys LLP since April 2022, Rafferty previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Getman, Sweeney & Dunn, PLLC, focusing on complex wage-and-hour litigation. Earlier roles include serving as a Law Clerk for Hon. Alvin W. Thompson in the Federal Judiciary and a Research Assistant at Savannah Law School, where Rafferty contributed to significant legal research.
