Rachel Emens

Rachel Emens is an experienced employment litigation attorney currently practicing at HKM Employment Attorneys LLP since September 2015. Previously, Rachel worked as a contract attorney at Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC for a brief period in 2015 and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in late 2014. Earlier roles at Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC included serving as a summer associate and a lead litigation assistant from 2007 to 2014. Rachel began professional experience as a fund development and student services intern at FareStart in 2006-2007. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law (2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from Seattle Pacific University (2007).
