Paula Columbu has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Romair Consulting as a Surveyor. In 2017, they joined Retargeting as a Sales Manager, where they engaged with high-value e-commerce shop owners, conducted webinars, and developed tailored content marketing. In 2018, Paula became the Business Development Director at Retargeting, where they spotted potential partnerships, negotiated terms, and sought out international expansion opportunities. From 2019 to 2021, Paula worked at TeePublic as the Head of Key Accounts, managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing strategies, onboarding new accounts, and executing plans. Currently, they are the Head of Key Accounts at HKR, responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, driving business growth, establishing client relationships, and meeting client expectations.
Paula Columbu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Technology/Surveying from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the same university, which they obtained in 2018. In 2015, they also took online social media courses to gain knowledge in social media marketing.
