Alejandro Portocarrero is a Structural Project Manager at HKS. He has collaborated on projects in Bolivia, Mexico and the United States, including Puerto Rico. He uses his experience in design, construction and forensics to support the Structural team and to produce outstanding engineering solutions for the most innovative architectural designs.
