Paulina Kindermann

Paulina Kindermann is currently a PhD Candidate Researcher at TU Delft's Civil Engineering and Geosciences, focusing on extreme sea levels, forecasting model reliability, and flood risk management through innovative engineering solutions for flood defences. Paulina possesses extensive experience as a Flood Risk Consultant and Graduate Intern at HKV lijn in water, specializing in probabilistic reliability assessments of flood defences. Prior academic roles include serving as a Student Assistant in Hydraulic Engineering at Technische Universiteit Delft and undertaking a multidisciplinary research project with SmartPhones4Water, examining water supply in the Kathmandu Valley. Paulina's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange at Politecnico di Milano.
