Rudy Vivas

Rudy Vivas is an experienced Account Director currently at H&L Partners since March 2019, with a prior role in the same capacity at Dieste Inc. from October 2018 to March 2019. Previously, Rudy held the position of Marketing Director at McDonald's from March 2011 to August 2018, where responsibilities included creating and leading strategic marketing plans for over 750 restaurants across multiple states, as well as collaborating with franchisees and agencies to ensure alignment between national and local marketing efforts. Earlier in the career, Rudy served as a Marketing Manager at McDonald's, executing local marketing plans for more than 700 restaurants in Florida, and worked as an Account Executive at Fahlgren Mortine Communications from June 2007 to March 2011. Rudy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University, graduating in 2007.
