Mahrukh Iqbal

Mahrukh Iqbal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as Technical Support Lead at Topline since March 2024 and providing support at HL Pro Tools since November 2023, Mahrukh also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Digital AceTech since July 2019. Previous roles include Operations Manager at XtraSource.net and BPO11, where responsibilities included aligning monitoring form objectives with corporate goals and identifying quality assurance mistakes. Mahrukh began a career in the field as a QA Executive and Sales at Vbpo from March 2011 to January 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Punjab, attained between 2014 and 2018, and earlier education at Sacred Heart School from 1999 to 2006.
