Michelle Carpenter

Michelle E. Carpenter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic planning and management. Currently serving as the Owner of Modern Context, Inc. since February 2021, Michelle translates ideas into actionable strategies through partnerships and projects. Michelle also works as a Consultant for HL Strategy and previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Natural Pod from March 2021 to March 2023. Other notable roles include membership on the Board of Directors at Green Schools National Network, Director of Education, Government, & Multi-family Segments at Shaw Contract, and various positions at Herman Miller, where responsibilities included research program management and education consulting. In addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing: Distribution & Logistics from Grand Valley State University, Michelle earned a Master of Management with a focus on Marketing Management from Aquinas College.
