Laura Hovas

Prior to joining H/L Ventures, Ms. Hovas spent six years working at Portage Partners, a New York based firm focused on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring a broad array of alternative funds and direct investment opportunities. At Portage Partners, Ms. Hovas was a Director and member of the investment team, where she focused on direct investments and venture capital funds, led the sourcing and diligence of all opportunities in the venture capital asset class, and assisted in the management and expansion of the firm’s relationships. Ms. Hovas received a BA from Tulane University in New Orleans.
