Chad Neale

Chad Neale is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Sr Software Developer at Health Level Seven International since January 2023, Chad also holds the role of PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor at PADI since May 2019. Previously, Chad spent over a decade at NASCAR as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Senior Manager of Development, focusing on ColdFusion and Oracle development for ticketing systems across multiple race venues. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sr Web Application Developer at Medexpress Urgent Care, a Web Application Developer at the National White Collar Crime Center, and a Systems Analyst at St. Mary's Medical Center. Chad holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Marshall University, earned between 1990 and 1996.
