Ella Young

Ella Young has experience in various roles related to talent management, human resources, and leadership development. Ella currently holds the position of Managing Director at HLD Talent, where Ella has also served as Head of Talent, Talent Manager, and Senior Talent Manager. Prior to this, Ella worked at companies such as BP, Hollister Co., Hilton, Wm Morrisons Manufacturing, and e.surv Chartered Surveyors in roles ranging from Learning Coordinator to HR Recruiter. Ella studied at Aston University and Aston Business School, earning a degree in NOVUS TRUST. Ella attended Southfield School for Girls from 2007 to 2015.
