Viviane Clauss has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the financial and marketing sectors. Currently the Head of Change Management and Internal Communication at Banque de Luxembourg since 2005, Viviane Clauss has initiated key activities in this role as well as in previous positions, including the establishment of the marketing department and leadership of the Women & Wealth program. Additionally, Viviane Clauss serves on the boards of Groupe HLD and MED PLATFORM II, and previously contributed as a board member for IforD - Luxembourg Microfinance and Development Fund, which aims to alleviate poverty through responsible finance. Viviane Clauss began their career as a Project Manager in the international marketing department at ASTA Medica GmbH and holds degrees in commercial engineering and marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School and San Diego State University.
