Filip Zachar

Filip Zachar is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the CTO at Hlídačky.cz since May 2023, where the focus is on scaling the business across Europe from a technical standpoint. Prior experience includes a long-term role as a Software Engineer at Forsage.net, and technical leadership as Technical Lead at AhoyConnect from August 2021 to April 2023, overseeing backend and database architecture for millions of monitored users. Filip's background also features positions such as Senior Backend Engineer at PrimeHammer and Full Stack Developer, along with significant contributions at Red Hat as an Associate Software Engineer - Intern, where key projects contributed to academic theses. Filip's extensive experience began at Netspace as a Software Developer, creating a CRM system using Ruby on Rails and MySQL.
