John Faulkner

John Faulkner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at enGen since November 2021, John specializes in interpreting customer and business needs, and driving effective solutions through comprehensive documentation and testing. Additionally, as a part-time Project Management Instructor with NuPaths since April 2022, John teaches courses in Project Management and Information Technology, preparing students for certification exams. John's previous roles at Graham Packaging, including Business Systems Analyst, System Administrator, Management Systems Engineer, and Support Analyst, involved managing integrated application systems, leading capital improvement projects, and supporting over 7,000 global users. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Sentient Medical Systems, Hewlett-Packard Company, and Ciber. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Elizabethtown College and Central Penn College, along with a diploma in Network Information Technology from TESST College of Technology.
