Jyoshna Adama currently serves as a Sr Platform Resolution Analyst at enGen, a position held since April 2016, focusing on the Highmark Individual Billing System (HIBS) to ensure accurate billing for various regions. Responsibilities include user acceptance testing (UAT), client enhancement requests, functional testing, and root cause analysis of production issues. Prior to enGen, Jyoshna worked at Highmark from February 2012 to April 2016 as a Sr QA for the Direct Billing Business Solutions project, contributing to consumer-driven healthcare initiatives. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Business Analyst in Testing on the ID card project took place at Highmark in early 2011. Jyoshna holds a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Kakatiya University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
