Parris Kopas

Parris Kopas, MBA, currently serves as the IT Manager for the Project Management Office at enGen and has extensive experience in information technology management. Within Highmark Health, roles have included Information Technology Team Manager and Senior IT Project Manager, where Parris successfully led the implementation of IT needs for major corporate initiatives, managed substantial budgets, and improved IT service management processes. Other notable achievements include leading various healthcare project rollouts, mentoring emerging leaders, and contributing to key organizational transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Parris holds an MBA from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
