Annie Wu

Annie Wu serves as the Global Head of People Identity & Purpose and Chief Diversity Officer for H&M Group since July 2016, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the inclusion and diversity vision across various brands. With previous roles at H&M as US Employee Engagement Manager and US Senior Labor Relations Manager, Annie Wu has focused on enhancing employee engagement and managing labor relations. Prior experience includes positions at VWR International as a Labor and Employee Relations Business Partner, and at the Department of Homeless Services in New York as Director of Labor Relations, among others. Annie Wu holds a Doctor of Law degree in Labor & Employment from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
