Charlotte Werger

Charlotte Werger, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at H&M Group, bringing extensive experience in data science and analytics from previous roles, including Director of Analytics & Data Science at Richemont and Director of Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning at Nike. Before these positions, Charlotte was Head of Data Science at Van Lanschot Kempen and led Data Science Education at a faculty level. Charlotte's academic background includes a finance and banking degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a tenure at the European University Institute from 2010 to 2015.
