Leyla Ertur

Leyla Ertur is the current head of Sustainability at H&M Group. Leyla began their career with the company as an HR Manager in August 2000. In this role, they were responsible for HR operations in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Leyla held this position until February 2009, when they were promoted to their current role. In their current role, Leyla is responsible for leading the company's sustainability initiatives and ensuring that they are aligned with the company's business strategy.

Leyla Ertur has a degree from Bilkent University and is a certified organisational coach (level one) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
