Melissa Shelley Höjwall

Melissa Shelley Höjwall is an experienced professional in global HR technology and transformation, currently serving as Manager Digital Employee Life Cycle at H&M Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Senior Business Lead for HR transformation at Centigo, focusing on developing HR offerings. Experience also includes serving as Director of Customer Experience at ADITRO, where oversight of HR and payroll solutions was key. At Bonava, Melissa held multiple leadership positions, including Global Head of Project & Change Management and spearheaded the HR transformation during the company's demerger from NCC. Earlier roles included Head of Housing Academy at NCC and various HR functions at Karolinska University Hospital and Accenture. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Organisation and Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
