Mike Kocmond

Mike Kocmond is the president and founder of hma consulting. Mike works in general management, and strategic planning and heavily in sales/recruiter development. He has been active in the staffing business for almost 40 years. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.

Prior to founding hma in 1985, Mike started his professional career at Burroughs Corp selling computers, where he was rookie of the year and the #1 sales representative in his 2nd year. He then moved on to Thomas Lyle and Company, where he was the #1 sales representative/recruiter 3 out of 5 years.
